Therapy is no longer outdated. And it is definitely not a situation where you are told what to think about yourself, or what to do about your life. It is a session in which you can explore your own unconscious mind, release unwanted pains and troubles, and come to new, dynamic and constructive conclusions about life and your place in it. Your OWN conclusions, not the conclusions of the therapist.
At Conscious Gain we have practitioners who can deliver a wide range of therapies. In many cases, a free session is possible, so that you can explore one or more of these techniques. These techniques have been found to be totally workable via the internet. So it doesn't matter where you are in the world, if you have a good internet connection, you can access these therapies.
Traumatic Incident Reduction
Trauma is anything that causes physical or emotional pain. Much of human experience has the potential to be traumatic. Our minds store trauma, with the aim of processing it later, and learning from it. In the meantime, the accumulated trauma bogs us down and also continues to react on us, trying to warn us and hold us back from 'dangers' in life. Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR) takes a gradual approach in taking up incidents and events from our life and looking at them in a way that we can release the trauma, and learn whatever we can learn from the experience.
In this video you'll find more information about the technique, along with numerous testimonials.
Time Line Therapy
Derived from the work of Milton Erickson, and part of NLP, Time Line Therapy is a quick and light approach that is ideal for releasing negative emotions and limiting beliefs. Sessions are often complete in less than half an hour.

Rapid Unlocking Techniques
These techniques have been developed from the work of Slavinksy and Stojakovic, together with aspects of Metapsychology. Ideal for looking at any area of difficulty, but especially good in breaking apart problems.
