How to break through barriers in life
We all encounter difficulties in life.
We all hit barriers. Problems. Obstacles. Storms and wild weather.
There are a number of ways of getting through these barriers.
(1) Change your mindset. Problems become challenges. And taking on challenges can become a game. If life is not seeming like a game, perhaps I can help you. Changing your mindset can involve ‘reframing’ your problems. You can actually come to see that the things that are stopping you, or causing you pain or inconvenience, may actually be good for you.
(2) Change yourself. Actually change your mind on a deep level. Do therapy that helps you to clear the blockages in your own mind. The word ‘trauma’ can refer to any negative experience, any setback or disappointment. It is possible to recover your life energy, and your sense of self, from these moments. I am an extremely well-trained counsellor and therapist. I can help you to clear mental and spiritual blockages, and recover lost aspects of yourself.
(3) Align yourself to your goals and purposes. This can bring you some of the most powerful changes that are possible. But to really achieve this alignment of self can take some time, concentration, and energy.
Again, this is where I can help you, guide you, to live life as the best version of yourself that is possible.
(4) Meditate. The breakthroughs of therapy and coaching can be achieved within yourself. If you persist. Yes, there are many ways to approach meditation. But there are one or two key ideas at the core of meditation. Master those, and you and your life will change for the better.
(5) Educate yourself. Read and learn more about life. If reading or study are challenging for you, these can be your initial areas of learning.
